An aromatherapy ****** helps to relieve your tired and dull condition, balance and control your skin from oiliness, rejuvenate and revitalize mature skin. Some essential oils are used to soothe sensitive skin, heal skin blemishes, and its smell provides a natural healing therapy to improve health and well being.

You can try your own DIY aromatherapy healing ****** treatment at home when your skin needs a natural boost. A DIY aromatherapy healing ****** treatment is suitable for aromatherapy lovers and anyone else, except for people suffering from chronic diseases and pregnancy.

Some essential oils are toxic when blended wrongly, which could worsen current chronic disease and cause harmful reaction to a pregnant woman and her foetus. Consult an aromatherapist for advise before using any essential oil.

For those of you who wish to try this DIY method, it is fine if you have been using your other skin care products. Just buy a small set of aromatherapy skin care products – unscented natural cleansing lotion / cream, a carrier oil, one or two bottles of your favorite essential oil, and an aromatherapy oil blend for your skin type.

Step 1 : wear your hair band, pour some jojoba oil onto 2 pieces of ****** cotton and remove all trace of eye, lip and face make up.

Step 2 : pour 1 or 2 drops of your preferred essential oil onto the unscented natural cleansing lotion / cream, blend together and massage lightly on your face to cleanse your skin. Then, use wet ****** sponges / soft cloth to wash your face with warm water.

Step 3 : spray your favorite toner onto your face

Step 4 : spray some toner onto the warm towel and place on your face for 5-10minutes. Remove the towel.

Step 5 : spread face massage oil onto whole face, massage in circular upward motion from chin to forehead. Do it slowly, this should be a relaxing face massage. Apply some pressure points on the forehead, temples, cheeks and chin area. Press for 10 seconds on each point and move to another point. Use soft tissue to wipe away oil after massage.

Step 6 : add 1 tsp of your preferred clay powder masque into a small bowl, add a few drops of essential oil, add some rose water or just water, add a little bit of carrier oil to prevent the masque from drying up fast. Mix all ingredients together until form a mud paste, smooth over the ****** skin. Cover your eye with wet ****** cotton (wet the cottons with rose water or water). Rest for 15 minutes. Wash away masque with warm water.

Step 7 : spray toner onto whole face.

Step 8 : apply 3-5 drops of aromatherapy ****** oil blend onto your face and massage gently. This is your moisturizer.

Essential oil aromatherapy scents have literally hundreds of uses, from medical to domestic, the main thing to do is to remember to choose the scent that best fits your need. Your first impression may be little more than, yes its smells ok but so what?

The smell released by the essential oil aromatherapy scent, as with all smells, are taken in by the nose, and information is fed up to the brain. Using a specific scent can trigger a specific message to be sent to the brain, and will therefore cause the brain to order the body to behave in a certain way, it all comes down to how to use these treatments.

Ok, so that is a pretty simplistic view of human anatomy, but it’s a pretty good basis for understanding how essential oil aromatherapy scents work. Let us look at lavender as a starting point, the scent of lavender is known for the soothing properties it possesses, and the calming effect is has been shown to have on the physiology of the body.

Before you try and sleep at night, drop three of four drops of the lavender essential oils onto your pillow case, or have a cotton handkerchief with three or four drops on it, and take this to bed with you. Lie calmly in bed and take slow deep breaths to allow the nose to register the new scent, and send the messages to the brain. You should find you whole body relaxing well and drifting off to sleep should be easier.

The essential oil aromatherapy scent of tea-tree is a fantastic antibacterial agent, kills germs and bacteria and has a pleasant scent and this can benefit the whole family throughout the whole house in many ways. By placing a few drops on a small piece of sponge, and dropping the sponge into your vacuum cleaner, not only will any bacteria be controlled, but also as you clean, the aroma will be released into the atmosphere and the house smells fresher.
